Surrounded by greenery and the charming setting of Brock House in Vancouver, R & G’s wedding was designed around an elegant palette of soft white florals, fresh greenery and warm candlelight.
For this celebration, our team at Jack & Jill Weddings Inc. created floral details throughout the reception, from delicate guest-table arrangements to statement floral installations surrounding the sweetheart table.
The overall design was intentionally light and natural, allowing the beauty of the venue and its garden surroundings to remain an important part of the wedding.
An Elegant Tented Reception at Brock House
One of the most distinctive features of a Brock House wedding is the tented reception space.
For R & G’s celebration, soft white ceiling draping, crystal chandeliers and strands of warm fairy lights created a romantic atmosphere above the reception tables.
Against this setting, we kept the floral palette clean and timeless.
White flowers and greenery brought softness into the space while still allowing the existing architecture, gardens and lighting to shine.
During the daytime, the clear tent panels brought the surrounding trees directly into the reception design. As evening approached, the chandeliers and overhead lights transformed the same space into something warmer and more intimate.
Delicate White & Green Wedding Centrepieces
For the guest tables, R & G chose an airy approach rather than one large traditional centrepiece.
We created groupings of individual glass bud vases filled with an assortment of white flowers and delicate greenery.
The arrangements featured varying heights, textures and floral varieties, giving each table a relaxed garden-inspired appearance.
White roses, light seasonal blooms, eucalyptus and loose greenery created movement without overwhelming the tables.
This style of centrepiece works particularly well when couples want florals that feel abundant while still leaving plenty of space around the table for guests, glassware and dinner service.
The clear glass vessels also kept the design visually light and allowed the flowers themselves to remain the focus.
Creating Variety Across the Reception Tables

Behind the couple, two tall asymmetrical floral installations created a dramatic frame using layers of white flowers and greenery.
Rather than using a conventional solid backdrop, the arrangements were designed vertically so the surrounding garden could still be seen through the clear tent walls.
This gave the sweetheart area a strong visual presence without disconnecting it from the natural setting of Brock House.
A low floral arrangement in front of the table added another layer of white flowers and greenery, while grouped candles brought softness and warmth to the design.
The combination created an elegant focal point that was beautiful from both close-up and across the reception space.
White Wedding Flowers with a Natural, Organic Style
One of the reasons an all-white floral palette remains so popular is its versatility.
For R & G’s wedding, the design included different flower shapes, sizes and textures so that the arrangements still had depth even though the colour palette remained minimal.
