Set within the stunning surroundings of Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club, K & M celebrated their wedding with a timeless design featuring soft blush and white florals, elegant ceremony styling, and thoughtfully curated details carried throughout the day.
Their vision was classic, romantic, and refined, combining lush floral arrangements with clean, sophisticated design elements that complemented the grandeur of the venue. Every floral and styling detail was intentionally chosen to create a seamless experience from ceremony to reception.
The Ceremony
K & M exchanged their vows inside Swaneset’s elegant ballroom, beautifully framed by the venue’s iconic three floor-to-ceiling windows. Natural light poured into the space, creating a bright and romantic atmosphere while highlighting the beauty of the floral design.
At the centre of the ceremony stood a custom hexagon wooden arch adorned with soft blush and white blooms. Designed as the focal point of the ceremony, the arch featured lush garden-inspired florals that brought softness and elegance to the space while perfectly complementing the venue’s architecture.
To further elevate the ceremony setting, large floral arrangements were displayed in elegant urns atop white pillars, creating a grand entrance and framing the ceremony beautifully. The combination of abundant florals, clean white structures, and natural light created a timeless and sophisticated backdrop for the couple’s vows.
The overall design balanced elegance and romance, allowing the florals to enhance the venue while maintaining a refined and cohesive aesthetic.
Floral Design
The floral palette featured a delicate blend of blush, ivory, and white blooms accented with fresh greenery.
K & M’s bouquets were designed in a romantic garden style, featuring premium roses, hydrangeas, and seasonal flowers carefully selected to complement the wedding’s soft and timeless colour palette. The bouquets reflected the overall design vision while adding texture, movement, and elegance to the bridal party’s look.
Throughout the day, florals played an important role in creating a cohesive atmosphere, carrying the same soft colour palette and design style from the ceremony through to the reception.
Reception Design
Following the ceremony, guests gathered for an elegant reception where the floral design continued seamlessly throughout the celebration.
To maximize both visual impact and sustainability, the ceremony florals were thoughtfully repurposed into the reception design. Floral arrangements from the ceremony were relocated to key reception areas, allowing guests to continue enjoying the beautiful blooms throughout the evening.
Reception tables were styled with delicate bud vases filled with coordinating blush and white flowers, creating an elegant and airy tablescape. The simplicity of the bud vases allowed the florals to add warmth and romance while maintaining a clean and sophisticated look.
Combined with the ballroom’s grand windows, soft lighting, and carefully curated floral details, the reception space felt inviting, elegant, and timeless.
