Email us your wedding date, ceremony & reception venues and approximate guest count. We will confirm we have availability and setup a complimentary consultation at our showroom to discuss ideas. Within a day or two we will send you a detailed quote outlining the rental items and services discussed. You can then let us know which items you would like to go ahead with and make a deposit to secure them for your date. Please be advised no dates are held and our services are not guaranteed until your deposit has been accepted
As soon as you secure your venue it is recommended you contact us. We only take on a limited number of events to ensure we are able to give everyone the best service.

Give us your best guess and we confirm numbers 3 weeks prior, you only pay for what you book at that point. If your numbers change significantly along the way updates are appreciated!
Generally most couples opt to have us come out and set everything up then return to tear down at the end of the event (no later than 1 AM). This allows you to relax and enjoy your wedding day. Of course if you prefer to handle it yourself most of our items are available for pickup and drop off!
*Book a couple extra covers for the DJ & guestbook table if you would like them.
*Have a detailed floor plan and send us a copy the week before your wedding.
*If you think your event may end early ask us for the contact number of our staff member who is taking down. That way if things wind down early (and our schedule allows) we can get things cleaned up and no one will be left waiting for us (especially important for hall weddings).
*If you have not hired a day of co-ordinator (and we totally recommend you do!) place one person in charge of overseeing the wedding day details so you can enjoy your day.
